The V3 (UK) management team possesses the full range of skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours (SKEB) required to meet the standards set out in PAS 8672 and the Building Safety Act 2022. Individual qualifications amongst V3 permanent staff include but are not limited to; CIOB PCCCS Category A for all buildings including HRB’s, Incorporated Membership of APS (IMaPS) and membership (MIFireE) and fellowship (FIFireE) of the Institution of Fire Engineers.
V3 has a proven track record of achieving full compliance with the Building Safety Regulator’s Gateway process in the delivery of fully compliant façade solutions for both Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and Medium-Risk Buildings (MRBs).
