    • Description: The remediation scope for Hamadryad requires the removal of non-compliant HPL cladding and its replacement with A1 Rock Panel, including associated Vitradual A1 aluminium flashing and window casements. The internal masonry cavity was remediated with Injectaclad to BS 1366 Part 4. The works are being carried out in occupied premises, with the V3 Group RLO liaising with residents and the site team. Cardiff City Council has been appointed as the building inspectors.

  • Galleon House

    • Description: The scope of works at Galleon HRB required the removal of non-compliant ESP wall cladding and its replacement with a Wetherby A1 mesh system external Rockwool insulation system to PAS 2035. The Juliet balconies were removed and extended to accommodate the increased depth of Rockwool to achieve Building Regulation compliance with Part L. Vertical cedar cladding was removed and replaced with rainscreen Rock Panel and associated fire barriers to meet Part B compliance. The works have been completed in phases per elevation within occupied premises, with the V3 Group RLO liaising with residents and the site team. Cardiff City Council has been appointed as the building inspectors.

    • Description: Mariners Court scope is a comprehensive fire safety improvement programme, delivering full compliance with the latest requirements of the Building Safety Act, to achieve EWS B1. Undertaken under a JCT Design & Build contract for Beacon Cymru, and supported by funding from the Welsh Government, the project has transformed the safety and resilience of this residential community. The works focuses on replacing non compliant EPS cladding and implementing a series of targeted upgrades to enhance fire protection, resident comfort, and long-term building performance.
