Our People

With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, our in-house team consists of highly qualified RICS Surveyors, CIOB Managers, and façade specialists.
Our team has the necessary skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours (SKEB) to meet the competency requirements of our typical scope of works under the Building Safety Act.
We are proud members of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and the Centre for Window and Cladding Technology (CWCT).

Risk Management

We operate an Integrated Management System that incorporates ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified systems.
Professional Indemnity Insurance for Fire and Recladding up to £10 million.
We are fully equipped to manage projects meeting the rigorous standards of the Building Safety Fund and the Cladding Safety Scheme.
We apply the principles of CDM through structured pre-construction and construction phases, using Procore software to maintain records of CDM compliance and project works as they progress.
Procore supports the Golden Thread of quality assurance evidence, documentation and certification, it also enables our clients to check that everyone is doing what they should be doing and that the right information is being given to the right people at the right time in a consistent format.
